my asus F3SR will note run with the startx of flux

i must choose xxxxxxx(1024*768) when he boot

i have à wireless card from Intel

The INTEL PRO 3945 with 802.11 A/B/G and BT
she is not detected

i have download on a website drivers IPW3945
and i have

Makefile
make
make INSTALL
sudo patch_kernel

but there is always an error

1) It cannot be not detected, have you checked using lspci to see if the kernel detected it?
2) Have you checked to see if iwconfig shows ethX?
3) Last but not least, ipw3945 are already included in bt3.

I can't help if all you do is say you have the same problem and hoping that I have a magical wand to diagnose your problems.

Provide more information, obviously I don't have this sort of hardware.
