View Full Version : kernel upgrade gone wrong

so, i wanted to get the newest kernel (2.6.25.4), all went fine until i rebooted...
all in all, i had to install BT all over again. did anyone update it with succes and how?

Well thats not a lot of information to work with.
a. Have you ever built a kernel?
b. Why do you feel the need to upgrade?
C. did you start from scratch ?
D. Did you try to use your old .config?

a. no :x (this was my first time actually)
b. for some reason i couldnt get any temperature readings of my cpu..after some googling i found out it should work with 2.6.25.4
c. yes
d. no
