Hi iam using BT3 Final, on a Dell 630 with an PCMCIA Version of Zcom 325hp+ ( with antenna )

iam using:

wesside-ng -v xx:xx:xx:xx:xx(BSSID) -i wlan0

wesside starts and then i just get:

Whats wrong ? The other part is, how can i solve with kismet or whatever, which AP is the nearest to me ?

you are too far, and if you want a close AP, use your own, not others!

well if you think about it wouldn't your own AP be the closest to you;)

set up your own wireless and do what ever your doing to your own network..

Its a technical probelm, can somebody please answer to this tech. problem please would be very nice. there is no need to give hints cause of illegal activitys cause it isnt any illegal thing i do. i just cant get to close to all APs in our network, without paperwork.

i pentest our own APs ( about 10-15 in diffrent departments ).

please, can somebody tell me how to fix my prob ?

Well if you can't physically get closer try using a better card.

Seriously, it wessid-ng doesn't work, maybe you should give up.
Stick to airodump-ng and aireplay-ng.

actually I don't know what it is. I've never been able to get wesside-ng to work properly either and my AP is only about 15 feet away with the same error.

I use a WUSB54G.

Definitely stick with aireplay-ng or try spoonwep

Oh my gosh. I didn't know we had a GUI version of WEP cracking! When did this come out?? Wow. So much for hours of investigating how WEP works
