BT3 suspend does not work? (VMware)

Hi People / Hello Forum

I got here the BT3F VMware.
When exiting BT3 on VMware, only
"Power off" is working. But not "Suspend"

I got here some other linux distros on my VM where the suspend mode DOES work. Only on BT3F not.

Any idea how to fix it?
