Hi all,

Would like to say thankyou for a great distro, I have been using Airsnarf and I get this error.

Message from syslogd@(none) at Mon Jun 23 19:48:53 2008 ...
(none) Kernal: Uhhuh. NMI received for unknown reason b1 on CPU 0.

(none) Kernal: You have some hardware problem, likely on PCI bus.

Message from syslogd@(none) at Mon Jun 23 19:48:53 2008 ...
(none) Kernal: Dazed and confised, but trying to continue

Any help would be great. I was using Airsnarf in beta and did not have this problem.

Thanks,

wrono.

I don't know if I'm simply getting old, but that picture is WAAAY to small for me to be able to read the text.

EDIT: Well now that's much better :D.. A fast google on your error messages returned some interesting information, and revealed that the problem does not seem to be actually related directly to Airsnarf.

I get this error too running BT3 final with an atheros card.
Mostly this error come into picture when someone tries to put interface like this
tries to run 2 instance of athX like ath0 or ath1
or putting card into AP mode then suddenly change to monitor mode then this exception error is thrown on the screen in separate log window.dont use monitor and master mode at the same time.airsnarf work in master mode so dont put same card in monitor mode.
