another black screen boot up problem...

i get the boot up black screen problem when running off the live cd of bt3beta.. i tried acpi=off and noapic.. but had no luck. tried vesa and flux too.. no luck. in text mode i says it cant find screens. im running an acer extensa 4420 wuth an ati radeonx1250 graphics card. maybe xorgconfig will work? idk how to work it... but if you think its something else let me know. ill keep searching the forums as well, thanks for any help

try removing the xconf at autoload...

okay so this is what i get doing acpi=off and noapic.. im going to try taking the xconf off autoload and see what happens

EDIT:
taking xconf off just gave me the same error. blah.

and when i dont get that error I get stuck on this line..
