windows xp pro sp2 won't boot after installing backtrack3 final

hi i just installed a backtrack3 final but when i try to boot from windows xp it goes to safe mode and ask you to choose start windows normaly or on safe mode or last knowing any of them i choose it won't work and goes back to boot again to choose windows or backtrack i need some advice thank you

Were you accessing the NTFS partition while on the Live CD? Not completely sre, but you may want to research doing fsck from BT on the drive if that is the case, which may repair the issue.
