Windows minimized in transparent panel not showing title

as thread states most of my windows when minimized do not show there title ive attached a screenshot to show what i mean, cheers

any settings i should try to change to get the titles displaying in all windows and not just the odd one.

no one else encountered this happened on my freinds laptop aswell, still stuck with this but to be honest i dont know were to start.

i know this is kinda old but anyway 4 anyone else that was wonderin............

right click on the task bar>configure panel...>apperance tab on the left>and select Enable Backround transparency.
thats just to make it transparent

to make the letters appear wit dark backgroudns go to configure panel>taskbar tab and in here where it has a dropdown list that says "Apperance:" its default is "Elegant" but change it to "For Transparency"

and now the minimized windows will have an outlining to them
