hi, i have a dv6119us laptop with a bcm4311 wireless card. i dunno if its because of the bcm43xx drivers or what, but i cant seem to get anything in aireplay to work. when i send out the deauth attack it says its sending the packets to the work station but as far as i can tell it doesnt do anything. then when i try the arpreplay attack, if it gets any arp packets at all when it re broadcasts them they dont do anything. the data packets will stay the same for another 10-15 mins then go up 1 or 2 for no apparent reason. i have bt2 final installed to my hd. heres my laptop specs

I tried BT2 final on my desktop and I was surprised that my US Robotics card was recognized. It turned out to be a bcm43xx driver, so I tested it to see if I could crack my own WAN and it did nothing. One thing I noticed is if the power in airodump says -1 all the time you will probably have no luck cracking.

The problem might be the bcm43xx drivers. The cards are not capable of injection but only sniffing traffic.I had a Linksys card and had the same problem as well.Buy your self a D-Link card with a Atheros chip i did and it works great.

ok, i dont have a pcmcia slot on my laptop so i guess im stuck waiting untill bcm43xx drivers actually work. i can get on the internet and everything fine with wireless but it seems capped at 20KBps. wired a get an average of 750KBps and up to 1.5MBps. i guess my only option for now is to check back regularly to see if any updates came out....

i recently bought a wusb54g v4 usb adapter and it will get IVs to go up but it will only get about 30,000 and then it will stop. everything looks like its working the way it should, the IVs go up at about 1-200 a second. after it stops i looked at the computer i deauthed and it wasnt connected to the AP anymore. i tried to reconnect it but it just sits there and says connecting. is my AP blocking the arp replay? i have a belkin router, i can get the model number if anyone knows specific routers that block arp replays
