when i changed my mac to the same mac as my ap and connected. My laptop doesnt show up on my router logs at all. is this right. :rolleyes:

make/model of router, firmware version, encryption?, discrepancy from normal logs, etc.

its a netgear dg834g v3 FW V4.01.20. when i normally connect, attached devices tab will show any connected devices but this time it doesnt. i tested it many time and everytime my laptop doesnt appear but i have no problem surfing. This is weird, i'll have another go after and see what happens.

just gave it another few tests. looking around google video on my pc and laptop with no problems and my router log tells me that my pc is the only device connected. 64bit key im using. i changed my Mac back and my laptop shows up again.im gonna see what happens on my speedtouch router.
