View Full Version : ntfs-3g to mount NTFS partitions safely

ntfsmount SHOULD NOT BE USED because can cause data to be lost. It has been replaced by the ntfs-3g driver so you should mount NTFS partition like that:

mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/hda1 /mnt/windows -o locale=hu_HU.utf8

don't know if it's natively installed but here is a module i compil

I know that there are modules precompiled, but this should be included by default. Thanks for your link anyway.

yes hope it will be in BT2.X future releases, please our friends BT staff, install it in a future bt release, maybe a minor relase can be done just inserting ntfs3g, yahuakue , gslapt, and of course aircrack-ptw.......

maybe we will have chance....
