a way to save the changes you made on the usb stick
every time you boot and this worked for me and i saved

I did the ff:

configsave /tmp/btsave.lzm

then copy or move the *.lzm file to the usb drive bt/modules directory e.g. "mv *.lzm /mnt/sda_removable/bt/modules"

Can somebody help me with the dir2lzm?
when i try to use it, it says:

bt ~ # dir2lzm /mnt/live/memory/changes changes.lzm
bash: /usr/bin/dir2lzm: cannot execute binary file

and when i typ

bt ~ # dir2lzm
bash: /usr/bin/dir2lzm: cannot execute binary file

so the problem is in the dir2lzm, I'm liking backtrack very much but this is what keeps me away from liking it even more :p
