Out of Timing issue with LCD monitor

Hello,

After I type the command "startx" and it begins to boot into OS, the screen goes black and displays the message "out of timing - 85hz". Does anyone know how I could avoid this error? Would I have to tell BT to somehow use a different resolution or something?

I usually use the command xconf first, before i run startx. maybe this will work for you too
