Help with problem wireless account please

Hi, I am new here so please forgive me if this is in the wrong forum. I own a cafe and recently paid for a company to install a couple of computers for customers use and we opted for a wireless configuration.

My problem is that I want customers to access the internet for free but a request comes up asking for payment.

Unfortunately we had a falling out with the IT guy and he has not bothered to come back and rectify the situation. Could somebody be kind enough as to tell me how to fix this?

Find another local IT person and have them come in and fix it.

Unless you know an awful lot about the equipment that's already installed, then I doubt you're going to be able to get much help for free. It sounds to me as though you're going to need someone to stop out and see what's installed and get it configured properly.

Paying for it twice is your problem. If the previous IT guy didn't do it right, then take him to court and get your money back.

I'm not buying this "girls" ****ing lying story one bit. Who in the **** do you know, who "OWNS" an internet cafe, and comes HERE of all places to fix this type of problem?? NO ONE..thats who. BT is meant for pen testing and furthering education on how "Black Hat Hackers" bypass our security, and how we can correct our wireless security. I really haven't had a chance to FULLY try out Nikos Airbeta1 out either. I'm going take my son and myself to the Dr. at 10 my time..its 8:56 right now..Central time.

Man, its been raining for like 2-3 weeks straight. Lots of floods around us, but thankfully not in my part of Dallas.
