I am not sure if this was asked before, but is there a way to upload a tutorial in word, acrobat under my profile or under Tutorials and Guides for people to download and read?
Thanks!

No
Though you can upload it to a filestore and present us with a link.
I am sure it will be widely read, quite, quite sure.

You wrote 173 pages? It is half a book!
If it is your work then I suggest that you convert it to a pdf and upload it to a repository.
If it is not your work then I suggest you provide a reference and link to the original source.
