pre final not using available ram
Installed pre-final on my hp dv4-1428dx hardware is working fine but backtrack is not detecting all of my ram I have 4gb total it's only detecting 2gb is there any way to fix this.

Is the backtrack 4 pre final kenrel compiled with PAE support set ? If not you will need to recompile the kernel with Physical Address Extension Physical Address Extension - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
If it is, post output of Code:
