Try dokuwiki, it's the same one aircrack-ng.org uses, and you don't need an actual database which makes it easy to setup and portable.
You can also apt-get that. Also, look @ the manual, as there are built in features for things such as code highlighting... ex: <code bash> some code </code> I find it very easy to use and "convenient".

@ wyze thanks mate ill have a look at that one and see what like it is and if its any better then didiwiki although iv already started filling up my didiwiki with some of my stuff but it wouldnt be hard to copy and paste over ![]() Thats me happy now, i can finally try and get things organized on my pc
