Hello all,
I have tried those three cards (ipw3945 rtl8187 ar9285) installed on diferent laptops ,and i had he same problem injecting.I tryed BT4pre ,and BT4 beta,with exact same resolts. i get this img248.imageshack.us/img248/5274/snapshot4.jpg all seems to work properly but i get no ARP and ACKs,and no data. the commands i used are: #airmon-ng #airodump-ng wlan0 #airodump-ng -w wep -c channel --bssid bssid wlan0 #aireplay-ng -1 0 -a bbsid wlan0 #aireplay-ng -3 -b bssid wlan0 i tryed #airmon-ng start wlan0 and then use mon0 instead of wlan0 ,but got the same exact resolts.generally i never got a error message,but never got any AVR and ACKs,Data never start going fast,thow as you can see in image i have 4800+ packets read.What am i doing wrong?Any help would be appreciated,thx in advaced. |

I think you don't have probelm (I'm not sure)
but maybe the network with no client === I use this steps and work fine #airmon-ng wlan0 wlan1 ( alfa card ) # airmon-ng stop wlan1 #ifconfig wlan1 down #macchanger --mac 00:11:22:33:44:55 wlan1 #airmon-ng start wlan1 now change to mon0 #airodump-ng mon0 #airodump-ng -w wep -c channel --bssid bssid mon0 and #aireplay-ng -1 0 -a bbsid -h 00:11:22:33:44:55 mon0 finely use #aireplay-ng -0 0 -a bbsid -h 00:11:22:33:44:55 mon0 use this maybe help you sorry about my bad Language Good luck |

I am not a expert but peoples here i Use the RTL8187 with BT4 pre final without any problem yes some time it dont do injection in that case i try to use NO CLIENT ATTACK and i get sucess Try googleing about NO CLIENT ATTACK and you will find couple of new commands to attack a Wireless who is a sleep and no AP is connected Thanx all TechBug |

if you find a fix for this problem please post it here, ive tried updating ath9k aswell with no results. im using the ar9285 and its constantly showing corrupt packets, which make it hard to view the client list or even capture properly. any help is welcome.
P.S. i've tried the other posts in this thread with no success. |

I had the same problem with my 3945abg card, and the solution was to install the compat-wireless drivers. I'm on ubuntu, but the installation on BT4 should be about the same as described here: linuxwireless.org/en/users/Download#Compat-wireless_release_types
