Question creating a vpn with backtrack4?

can someone shed some knowledge on the topic of setting up/establishing a vpn from lets say a bt4 machine to a windows comp on a different network

if someone can just give me some ideas so that i can research into it that would be great!! thanks.

OpenVPN will probably be your best bet. Easy to setup and the firewalling necessary is a lot less than others.

Also don't forget that backtrack4 is ubuntu based, your question may well have been answered on their forums at some point.

alright thanks man, ill check out ubuntu forums and openVPN

just did a lil google search and found out how to set up a vpn with openVPN, if anyone else wants to know how to use and setup a vpn with it check out this tutorial
