ENERGY STAR®

Just tested it on 3 different Wifi networks, one was at 22% other one was at 24% and the last one was at 98%. All worked fine, the 22% took a little longer, about 8 min. To get it, i let it get roughly 12,000 beacons, so probably why it took a little longer. Other then that, it boots fine, and doesn't crash.
