Default Using Wireless adapter vs using netbook/notebook with injectable card

what's the difference between 2 of them? is it the distance and portability issue?

Default Toshiba NB205 is amazing for a BT4 BOX

The toshiba NB 205 is my personal favorite for netbooks has atheros AR9285 witch works with the drivers provided.
