I don't know why you can't download the zip file. It works fine for me.
I goto password cracking guide
and click on the password.zip link. What happens when you click on the password.zip link?

I'm not sure whats wrong with all your computers but it sounds as if you've been PWNed. The link works fine however I have taken it upon myself to fulfill the rapidshare request.
