Post your video of winblows up here. I'm sure it will help our no0bies in Linux to "get a feel" of what their missing in Backtrack. And if you make a Metasploit video..please PM me. I'd be very interested is seeing your approach with it.

It was 64bit. Haven't really tested my speed with 128 or 256bit yet. I've never seen 256 bit b-4 either though..but I hear that they exist.

Nice tutorial Xploitz i decided to give it a go and i have one problem. Sometimes i follow all you instructions to the tee and it all works great but sometimes i cant get any ARP requests and the only way i can if for me to log my other laptop on to the net work and then deauth it.

Any ideas why this could be. How long do you need to wait for an ARP packet?

Thanks wallsballs

wallsballs,
sometimes you can get the first Arp straight away. other times it may take longer. just leave the replay attack running for 15min of so. if you dont mind me asking, what router do you have.

Yea..with the -3 attack..it could take only a second..up to but rarely over 30 minutes..patience grasshopper. Patience is the essence of growth.

@bmw740il..Thank you for taking a minute out of your time to write a thank you. Almost 900 views..and only a small handful of people showing their thanks. Sad..very sad. But hey...it's all good. I wasn't expecting a lot of fuss over this thread anyways. But thanks to everyone who took time to write a thanks...even if you only write the word "thanks"...it matters to me.

Thank you soo much for your video -=Xploitz=-. I'm not saying this because of your post. i really do mean it. The forum wouldnt be the same without you

There should be videos for more tut. even though a written tut is easy to follow, i still like to see someone else do it.!!

Well thank you Baxter for the kind words. You know..you helped me mod my very first antenna..that damn WG111v2..and I saw that a lot of the regular members liked to help others..so it kinda caught on with me. Now I do more helping others here on the forum than I do continuing my education learning trying to master penetration testing. But I like to help others who are new..just disappoints me when the person I'm trying to teach my secretes to turns out to be a little script kiddie who steals my friends Modules..and half of remote-exploits Wiki and post it on their own little site..and calls it their own. Then its hard to keep trust in people when something like that happens. But..you live..& you learn right?
